NorthRidge Construction is moving from its office at 136 N Union St. Currently, it rents a suite, but due to business growth, it will move to a new location at 201 Mill St., previously home to My Father’s Garden.

The Westfield City Council approved amendments to the Hall and House Planned Unit Development, which includes sign requirements for some retail, such as Ricker’s and Monon Marketplace.

The Advisory Plan Commission forwarded Grand Park Springhill Suites to city council, a 95,705-square-foot hotel building on approximately three acres south of 191st Street near Grand Park.
