Poblano’s Mexican Restaurant, 17417 Carey Rd., has opened serving authentic Mexican in a lively atmosphere. Owners, Oswaldo Espinosa and Tony Kouskousakis, will offer a full menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. The restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
